It's enabled on both Platform and connected account as far as I can tell from the dashboard.

Hmm I don't think I follow.

I would not expect this error message regardless of what mode as long as the method is enabled in that respective mode, which is the case here.

"but hidden in live_mode" ... what does that mean? Once I go into live mode, I will request the exact same capabilities, thus I would expect Sepa Debit to show of course.

This is not an error message but a warning. Are you able to see SEPA debit on the Payment Element?

It just reminds you that while you see the SEPA debit right now, you should remember to enable it before going live.
