https://docs.stripe.com/connect/oauth-standard-accounts

Starting in June 2021, Platforms using OAuth with read_write scope won’t be able to connect to Standard accounts that are controlled by another platform.

You should use https://docs.stripe.com/connect/standard-accounts instead, i.e. create a new connected account for your platform

Using OAuth with Standard accounts that your platform controls

Use the OAuth connection flow to allow a Stripe user to connect to your platform.

Using Connect with Standard connected accounts

Use Standard connected accounts to get started using Connect right away, and let Stripe handle the majority of the connected account experience.

I don't know why this particular error message shows up, but since you're not using the recommended integration path, unexpected errors might appear. The way you're connecting the account to your Platform account is not supported anymore, so I invite you to follow the guide suggested by my colleague.

I got the same error for both of the given connect guides. can you please help to out when i can enable the atlas ?

Our engineering team doesn't know much about Atlas, sorry. I suggest you to talk to Stripe Support: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
