Hello, do you have the ID of an email that you saw this issue with?
It's currently happening with any succesfuly subscriptions. I thought originally it was due to have a $0 amount after coupon but tried pushing a $1 total with discount through as well, still happening.
I can manually send the receipt and it comes through fine, it's just not auto generating receipt emails.

I am not sure what is happening here, you have all the right settings turned on, this is in live mode, and the customer has an email address assosciated with them. Those should be the only criteria for us to send this email

It looks like we just don't show them on the customer's dashboard page.
It looks like we are sending them from the standard stripe email address. Maybe they are getting stuck in spam or something?
For the customer id I provided, that was my personal email, I never got a receipt. I asked a few friends to try it out with a promo code, none of them got one either.
Even a cancellation or refund is not coming through.
And you double checked your spam I assume? I am not sure what may be happening, it looks like we got confirmation on delivery of an invoice email earlier today for that customer. If you reach out to our customer support and give them that ID, they may be able to look deeper in to this
cool, will try that as I get a few more people to try the subscriptions out. I'm also going through the custom domain process now to get it added.
