Can you share the request id?
Also, is the account you're making the request on an Ireland account?
I only have access to stripe test account, but the test we performed was on our preprod account.
Yes, the account is an Ireland account.
Need a request id to investigate
Do you have a general idea of this error message? I will try to replicate in the account I have access to.
I don't know who to replicated this locally.
Many things could cause this
So I need a request id where this is happening to be able to look further
So, {"error":"Unsupported country for Stripe: IE"} could mean anything. Not necessarily country related?
No it's definitely country related
But going off the error message I can't tell you much
I need a request id
Is there anything I can tweak on the dashboard for configuring country?
Our scenario is that we have a master account and our client will connect to our master account.
I understand that when our client creates a stripe account, they will specify a country. But for our master account . Do we need to config country?
It would be the same for your master account
You would have specified country when onboarding already
I see, so for our account, it was US. But somehow we can connect CA, UK customers to it.
Only IE fails.
I thought you said the failure was when calling terminal/locations not connecting the account
We implemented a backend, calling terminal/locations on behalf of our client. We will pass their Stripe Account along the request to you.
Our IE clients connects to our master account with no issue. Only when we try to call terminal/locations we had problem.
yes and as i said before i need a request id to help investigate this
I got that. I will try to reproduce it to the Stripe Account I have access to.
Would I be able to come back to this thread in a few hours? As I am not able to reproduce it that quickly.
๐ stepping in. These threads get archived after a period of inactivity but you can always start a new one. We are here 24/5!
