Hi there ๐ I believe that is still possible, but you will need to get input from your user on what country they will be operating from before you create the Account object for them.
If they're outside of the US then you will want to set tos_acceptance.service_agreement to recipient when creating the Account (and will likely want to go ahead and prefill the country field as well):

Thanks @noble depot for an answer! I can see now that if we set it to recipient the form would have additional statement that terms of use will be accepted when clicking accept. Is it possible to have checkbox for ToS instead of just statement?
No, as far as I'm aware that isn't supported.
