@pallid tangle  Have a non-technical question, account issue, or need one-on-one support? We wish we could help, but this community is focused on developers and technical discussions. Our support team will be able to assist you better than we can: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
But this is a technical question?
The stripe webhook is taking too long to report back
We don't provide support for plugins (including WooCommerce over on discord)
you either need to reach out to WooCommerce support to get help on their side, or contact https://support.stripe.com/contact

I understand, but I think it's not so much a plugin / woocommerce issue. The question is why it takes Stripe up to 3 minutes to report the status of an EPS payment via a webhook
Is this normal behaviour? As mentiond, this wasn't the case with the legacy EPS implementation
if you have only faced this issue since you update to a newer version of the plugin this totally means it's related to the plugin
even if it's a technical issue you need to reach to their support so they could help you out
can I see somehow when (at what timestamp) a webhook is called?
and are you saying, the expected behavior is that an EPS payment status is reported via a webhook immediately? (or at least within a few seconds)
@pallid tangle please reach out to WooCommerce or Stripe Support to get help on this issue
I will, but can you please answer my Stripe-related Tech answer; is it normal Stripe takes up to 3 minutes to report the status of an EPS payment via a webhook
Is this normal behaviour? As mentiond, this wasn't the case with the legacy EPS implementation.
I'm quite sure no one from Woocommerce or the plugin developer (which is Stripe btw, so you guys) can answer this
I'm not sure what part of I can't provide you help on this matter isn't clear to be honest. I'm giving you the right path to take to get your answer and you're refusing my help

it's a pretty deterministic result, I'm not sure why you're expecting my answer to change if you're asking the question over and over again... There are things that we don't provide support for on this channel and this is one of them
