Hello, I am happy to help but I am not fully clear what is happening from your description. Can you go in to a bit more detail on what is happening after these subscriptions go past due? And do you have the ID of an invoice that you saw this behavior with? (in_1234)

Ah are you saying that you want the subscription cycle to update based on when the past due payment succeeds, rather than keeping the cycle the same?

  2. successful payment happenned on Nov 25, 2024
  3. Subscription next invoice date updated to Dec 22. So 3 days were spent on retrying to charge and users are not getting a full month of active subscription
