Hello, I am happy to help but I am not fully clear what is happening from your description. Can you go in to a bit more detail on what is happening after these subscriptions go past due? And do you have the ID of an invoice that you saw this behavior with? (in_1234)
Ah are you saying that you want the subscription cycle to update based on when the past due payment succeeds, rather than keeping the cycle the same?

- successful payment happenned on Nov 25, 2024
- Subscription next invoice date updated to Dec 22. So 3 days were spent on retrying to charge and users are not getting a full month of active subscription
