Yeah, I get that we have the link, but how can I save this PDF automatically in my instance? like without clicking the link it will be saved. is that possible?

There's no official/recommended way to do that no. You'd need to build something yourself to do that using that URL

okay thanks for clarification. so right now to get the pdf there is always 2 step, first click the link, then download.

Yep, like I said you need to build a tool that will 'scrape' the page and initiate the click/download for you

We don't have a direct URL that will automatically initiate a download when opened
