Mostly timeouts and some unreachable errors
I haven't made any changes and a dozen of my clients reported a lot of issues today
Yes. Multiple locations and networks
Hm interesting ok
After looking at a few accounts, it looks like 2-3x more failed requests than usual
Between 11AM-2PM ET
No reported issues on Stripe's end?
No none that I see
Hmm
Usually timeouts like this indicate a network issue
But this is happening in multiple locations which is odd
How many reports did you get?
Yeah it all started today
Do you have the device serial numbers?
seven different units
But that's just who contacted me
Here's a request from a different location than the initial request I mentioned when I created this thread

The new Workbench feature from the Dashboard is great. Is there a way I can export the logs that I have filtered for?
Yeah not seeing anything really out of the ordinary on those 2 devices
Weird
Not sure offhand unfortunately. Don't know too much about the dashboard
Sure no problem
Recommend writing in here so you can get a support ticket going to track this: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Don't have a terminal expert online right now that I can ping to take a deeper look
