Can you share the acct_xxx ID of the account you're trying to onboard

I suspect you've completed onboarding and haven't used 100% test data, so that will trigger a manual verification

if in the doc https://docs.stripe.com/connect/testing there isn't any specific value for what you need to fill in then you can enter any fake value that respects the format
