can you share the PaymentIntent id where this occurred?
unfortunately no, I've no payment intent for that
why not? to collect payment, you need to create a PaymentIntent first right?
yes, actually that occured in my customer side, and he didn't pass me any referance id so I can pick the intent id. I did search on the stripe dashboard logs as well, but unable to find anything
is this the only terminal that you have, and it's consistently failing now with that error? Or it only occurs from time to time?
I have multiple devices, but facing this issue only this device. and I'm facing this suddenly before that there was no issue like that
