I can't speak to auth rates and the impact that this would have on those
Also, each local payment method has its own address requirements. For example, card payments don't technically require billing address for a successful payment but postal codes may affect auth rates

Got it, thanks!. Does collecting the same address info but putting both Line1 and Line2 info into the Line1 field raise any alarm bells?
