We have a few from the same user, we have sadly not been able to identify other users but have had calls from our merchants (connected_accounts) who say users "couldnt pay with ideal"

it looks like these PaymentIntent were part of an A/B test experiment at Stripe, which removed some of the Payment Method. sorry about this.
