Hello again! Looking...
How do I get to that payment modal?
u can use pi_3QLTuf05W7jDiczw0EbmKEXv
u can create an account then add one of the session in the cart and click checkout
Let me look at the Payment Intent first...
this is their settings
Ah, this Payment Intent belongs to an Invoice, and this is in live mode, so on your platform account you need to:
- Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods
- Switch the dropdown to Billing Payments
And check to see if Cash App is enabled there.
let me get the client to try
No, this is something you do on your platform account.
This isn't something that happens on the connected account.
You should be able to define the Payment Methods you want on Invoices your platform creates there.
should i turn it off from here?
You should set it to what you want it to be for Invoices there.
Is your goal to change it for just this one connected account or all of them?
well ideally all of them cus customers often misconfigure their cash app
and causes failure
i still see it after turning it off
Oh, wait, hang on.
I sent you to the wrong place, my bad. I meant to link here instead: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods/connected_accounts
Those are the settings for Connect. Do the same steps there.
Did you switch to Billing Payments there?
Hm, okay, hang on...
ok client disabled it and it worked
That makes sense, but I thought you could control this from your platform...
