hi! no direct way. You can just account for it your general application_fee_amounts from a business perspective (so that when you take a cut of payments, you're taking enough overall that you can afford to pay the payout fee later and still make a profit); or like you said, just do a manual AccountDebit to pull funds from the connected account when you want to.
Okay thanks! I'll go with the second route for now. But can you please pass on this feedback to the team. This would be a nice feature to have!
