Hi 👋 no, cross-border payout flows are only available to US-based platforms.

So we will need to create the platform in Spain to be able to send payouts to sellers in that country? If we want to expand to other countries, we wouldn't be able to use Stripe's services then?

Also, are countries in the EU (e.g., Estonia and Spain) considered cross border even though they have the same currency?

Oh, if those are both in the EEA, I think you can transfer funds between them. I think we have this written down somewhere and am trying to hunt that down.
