When you say paymentDescription and billingAgreement can you specify exactly what you mean just so I make sure we are on the same page? Screenshots would particularly help here.

For sure - I'm looking at the Apple pay docs for recurring payments here https://docs.stripe.com/apple-pay/merchant-tokens#add-apple-pay-merchant-tokens which mention the paymentDescription/billingAgreement to change what is displayed to the customers

Yeah there isn't anything like that for Google Pay
You don't have to do anything special for recurring payments with Google Pay like you do with Apple

Yeah unfortunately not. Only thing you can customize in the Google pay modal is your business name: https://docs.stripe.com/js/elements_object/express_checkout_element_click_event#express_checkout_element_on_click-handler-resolve-business
