Right now, we aren't receiving mandate information in paymetn method. Could you suggest any alternatives here to get mandate along with payment method?

hi! hmm what code are you using? do you have an example object ID of e.g. a PaymentMethod without a mandate?
if you use our normal documented integrations like https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment and process SEPA Debit that way, our frontends collect all the required mandate params.
