The page I'm directed to in the error message leads me to a setting with the following message: Customize how much control accounts have over when they receive funds. Changes you make to this setting will only apply to new accounts that you onboard.
How do I change the settings for an account that has already been created?
hi! not sure, and not sure you can. The account would have to agree and accept extra terms anyway. Let me look to see if I can find anything.
once again I'd say, don't build manual payouts, just let us fix the automatic ones. I already filed the escalation/ask for you yesterday, it will be reviewed at some point.
Hi again! I know you're right but I need to show proof of concept...
Wouldn't be a problem to have the connected account accept extra terms
Thank you for filing that! I really appreciate it!
ok apparently we can have exisitng accounts moved to be 'controlled' by your platform with some internal tooling but it seems fairly involved. Again if you want that you'd need to open a support case and list out the account IDs involved.
Ahh. Ok. So I guess I should just wait for the account update you filed yesterday...
Do you know how long that will take?
I don't sorry, could be a few days
OK thank you
