I feel like you used to give info easier... is it just the complexity of my issues I'm encountering has gone up so you need all this documentation? Or maybe you guys are just getting much more requests or something?
Right now it's neither I would say. You basically said "I am trying to apply a coupon, tried many things, doesn't work, help". And it could be anything. If I had an intuition what it would be I would have told you. Sometimes I can infer the problem even with 1% of the details but that's not always possible.
The best way to get help quickly is to ask clear question with the right level of information upfront!
Ok, I'm going to try to apply an interim phase and if it doesn't work I'll collect all the info you mentioned and come back

No trouble at all. To be clear this should take you 30s to provide information. I'm not asking you to spend hours collecting it
You should be able to create a schedule with the right Coupon/PromotionCode, advance time, show the Invoice and share the exact Invoice id and show me the problem.
You definitely come regularly on this server and the more details you can provide quickly upfront the easier it is to help you. And in turn the easier it is for you to ask for help in general, not just Stripe.

Fair enough! I understand the more context you have the easier it is to wrap your head around the situation. I'll try to provide clearer info from now on.
Another point: SubscriptionSchedules are the bane of my existence. They make... no sense to my brain. They are super powerful but there are so many edge-cases and gotcha, so it's one of those APIs where I don't bother "guessing" because my guess is almost always wrong
And since you last few threads were all about SubscriptionSchedules and more advanced questions around phases and upcoming Invoice and such, it likely explains the difference in answers you're getting ๐
