Hi there 👋 I don't have an exhaustive list of everything that can change on a Payout, but I do suspect it to be a very limited number of fields. For instance I wouldn't expect amount or arrival date to fluctuate, unless there are scenarios I'm not familiar with.

We have payout.paid Events for the Payout moving to a paid state, though other status changes might occur.

I believe our Support team is more familiar with the lifecycle of an actual payout, so I would suggest double checking with them on this:

but if you haven't seen that event emitted except to update the tracking information, I suspect you may not need them.
