This can be done with tiered pricing with specifying the amount for the number of servers: https://docs.stripe.com/products-prices/pricing-models#tiered-pricing

Thanks, this looks perfect.

I am also planning on having "addons" that users can subscribe too

for example
the user selects 5 servers to subscribe too
the user selects the "white labelling" addon which costs an aditional 3.99 per month

If I were to do this, would this be in the form of a separate recurring product?

would that mean that when they go to stripe billing management page (billing session) it will appear as 2 completely separate charges?

If so, im guessing it would then have 2 separate transactions on their bank statement? would it be possible to merge these into one charge, every month? So on their bank statements it would say:

£6.99 company name

instead of
3.99 company name
2.00 company name

You can add two prices in the same subscription, one for tiered price and another one for the add-on
