Can we identify what the issue is that is stopping Stripe from sending these webhooks
I tried everything to make sure that the server is responding correctly and it is
Tried everything how? I just tried sending a genericPOSTto your endpoint URL and returned a200. So this maybe specific to Stripe, and seems like maybe your server is blocking incoming connections? Did you add these IPs to the server allowlist? https://docs.stripe.com/ips#webhook-notifications
we don't restrict any IP Address
Perhaps you don't but maybe your host have default rules in place. Can you at least try and configure it?
Otherwise, does your webhook endpoint run any complex logic before it returns a 2xxx response? Does it receive any events at all?
