Oh, no, I was wrong, you can turn it off! It's a property on the elements instance when you create it: https://docs.stripe.com/js/elements_object/create#stripe_elements-options-syncAddressCheckbox

I think it's kinda new, yeah. We only recently allowed multiple Address Elements to be used at the same time.
