Hello, are you using our tax calculations API? As far as I am aware that is the only way to calculate exclusive tax with our payment intents API https://docs.stripe.com/tax/custom#calculate-tax

It is, unfortunately I am not specifically aware how getting started with it works, if you click on the "Sign up here" in the "Beta" section towards the top of that doc, they should be able to help you get set up and talk about what pricing looks like.
