Since there is the tax object too (manual individual taxes), I wasn't sure

Settings have the required information and ready for tax calculations.
instead of "ready for automatic tax calculations" therefore my uncertainty

To be clear someone can have all those settings and still not use our Stripe Tax product for example. That's why I wasn't certain on what you were really asking
