We have uploaded certificates on domain and verified domain after that Apple pay button is visible on top of the page.

On click of button payment request is initialising. I have added sandbox cards to my account and it working properly.

Now after the payment payment success from the apple pay. Getting the warning below.

Then it's expected that Apple Pay not work:
We currently do not support Google Pay and Apple Pay on Stripe Checkout and Elements for Stripe accounts and customers in India. See Apple documentation for more information on supported countries.
