So acct_1PuZHQ2eI6RHAK8R was created using an email address that was the same as a team member. We then wished to change the email address for the connected account so we followed the guide and logged in here to change it https://connect.stripe.com/express_login. However when we changed the email after loging in here, it changed the email address not just on the account but also the team member

The other odd thing about this particular account is that for the other accounts we have if you enter the accounts email at https://dashboard.stripe.com/login the password field disappears and we receive a text instead. The password field does not disappear for this account

It was in there that we changed the email for the connected account but that also changed the users email

The email address the connected account uses

All of our other connected accounts use emails that are unrelated to a platform user

since the email is already a user of the platform user, when you created the new connected account we used the same Stripe User for both accesses

Can anyone tell me if Wise works with Stripe?

I made a stupid decision of asking my client to pay on stripe and he sent me money on stripe while my stripe is just new. Now they stopped my payout and ask for details. I send details but no response from support. What should I do?๐Ÿ˜ข

Correct, inorder to login to the dashboard

Our other conencted account don't behave this way

Once the email is entered the password field of the login form for dashboard disappears and instead a text message is sent

For this connected account the password field does not disappear

To be clear, I mean do not mean the https://connect.stripe.com/express_login. We have never used that before until we experienced this problem. We have always used https://dashboard.stripe.com/login as described in the previous message

I think you just need to write in directly to our team with a concise clear description of the behaviours and videos of each, what is the desired behaviour, what is expected and what is happening and we can go from there. We've got no real understanding of how this works, but we can work async to understand the problem and work internally with a team who does understand this
