Hi there!
Hello! Have you followed the instructions in the error message?
Yes, I went to the settings page but the toggle to handle the data is disabled.
Did you read and follow the instructions on this page though? https://support.stripe.com/questions/enabling-access-to-raw-card-data-apis
Ah, I think I missed one of the lines in it
For requests to enable raw credit card data APIs, how can I make sure that BookingPress Pro is PCI compliant? They have a Stripe add-on that's specifically set up to connect with your services. Can I simply name them as they plugin and processor for the cards?
Or do I need to get under the hood in some fashion to get more information?
Yes, you should mention the plugin you're using when you contact support so they have all the details.
Got it. And what's the typical turnaround time on these requests?
I'm not sure, honestly. This isn't Stripe support, and I'm not sure what their current timelines look like.
True enough
Is there any kind of contact information I can grab then, so I can try to follow up once I complete the question sheet and submit it?
Or do I just kinda toss my documents at them and hope?
You should receive a confirmation email after submitting. You can then reply to that with additional details if needed.
Gotcha. Thank you very much!
If I have questions about the forms, do you have any resources that I should check out?
You can ask Stripe support for any help you might need.
Got it. Alrighty, guess I'll have to try to take it from here.
Thank you for your time.
Happy to help!
