👋 @lone vale can you provide more specific details? The request id you shared seems unrelated to your code and is a request made by our Dashboard.
but when we check status in our app, it is marked as inactive?
what does that mean exactly? What does your app do? What is your code?

the app makes an api request to /subscriptions api. but nvm. i think I completely missed that our app map some statuses. so a trial subscription should be in Trialing status right?
