pi_3QIOs2KCOLKZOMML1PXAwZIZ, if you could ignore the Application fee. We are keeping that back because we don't know what the fee is going to be so we hold 4% of the payment inorder to ensure we cover the fee in the platform

I think that your account has a custom pricing agreement with Stripe, in which case you will only get see the fee in a separate report.

You can clarify your current pricing with Stripe Support so you can accurately estimate the Stripe fee to adjust your application fee. https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

One last thing, when running payments this way. Are fees always charged to the platform and not the connect accounts? Or is that configurable?

The fees are deducted from the account that made the charge, i.e.
- for destination charges it's the Platform, and
- for direct charges - the Connected account.
