I don't see any successful Kakao Pay payments on your account, so I can't confirm whether this is a payment decline due to customer's Kakao Pay account or any configuration. Can I suggest you writing to Support https://support.stripe.com/contact with the Payment Intent ID and the issue, so that we can check with the relevant team?
