hrm, that subscription has a test clock, this explanation needs to be updated to be more relevant to the Search API, but I think this is the reason. Maybe try searching for a subscription that doesn't use a test clock and see if you get a result back

Look up objects in your Stripe data.

funny thing is that this request req_FVYF0W6v4nOeeP
gives me what i want. it's the same query, has testclock, just on another product and customer

#

the only difference that i can think of is that the subscription that didnt work had a trial period

verbal prairie
#

ah yeah! I missed that, so your two requests, one is also querying for the status, and one doesn't

#

if it has a trial, it should be trialing

muted ingot
#

no... what i meant was it had a trial... it is now at "active" when i queried it

how long ago was it when you say it had a trial? I want to highlight that the Search API is expected to have a little delay

muted ingot
#

basically i created the subscription > it starts with a trial period of 14 days > i fast forwarded test clock to after 14th day > it is now at "Active" > call the search api

that was for a subscription that i made "active" atleast an hour ago

the new request : req_y55cxs8gsWUnDw

okay, can you write in via email here - asking why req_y55cxs8gsWUnDw doesn't return a result, but req_FVYF0W6v4nOeeP does return a result. We'll look into it and get back to you
