You mean the processing fee on the charge here?
That's correct
Overall, you are correct, you won't have any fees that have been assessed returned to you.
Then yes, once that charge occurs the fee won't be refunded.
So, on the next invoice, if the customer has a credit balance and the amount is charged from that balance, would it still incur a processing fee?
