I do see that the status on the Financial Connection Account is inactive, which indicates we can't retrieve information regarding the account:

I don't believe this indicates there is anything wrong with your integration, but believe it instead means we aren't able to communicate continuously with the customer's bank. I would recommend reaching out to our Support team regarding this to see if they can confirm why that account is inactive:
