hi! the PaymentElement is not that specifically, it's just a form. Collecting a hold on a payment for use cases like you describe is possible by changing the parameters you pass when calling the API : https://docs.stripe.com/payments/place-a-hold-on-a-payment-method
If I don't know programming how can I implement this to my business?
well you can't but you can use other solutions. What integration do you use for payments today?
