I managed to customize my invoice to be numbered FNR-mysequence, however i could not find a way to customize the corresponding receipt

Hmm I see. So you can't get rid of the original Invoice number 2921-9743 from Invoice Receipt PDF, as you can in Invoice PDF

This seem to be coming from your account business details, setup from your Dashboard. Can you screenshot where did you try to change it but it didn't reflect?

I customized the invoice number, but receipt number is still a stripe generated one

by using a street address field

I just put it in the Street field in the business details and then put the address in the next fields
