Oh, okay. So we have enabled this now and we use a subscription-based pricing model. After enabling it in the payment methods and verifying the domain, is there anything else we need to do? Will pricing, coupons, promos, etc., work similarly to regular credit/debit card payment methods?

Are you using Checkout or Payment Elements?
ApplePay for recurring transactions is tricky (see details in https://docs.stripe.com/apple-pay/apple-pay-recurring) but Checkout and Payment Elements/Express Checkout Elements handles this automatically
You will still need to have some additional settings in PaymentElements / Express Checkout Elements though
