Do you mean the final stripe payment fees?
You can't know those until after the payment happens, so you'd need to calculate ahead of time as youre doing. Likely, the rounding approach differs from our own, but please speak to support about specific example payments and they can help you understand the fees applied and how they might differe from your calculations.
