I had a quick look and basically there are no payment methods enabled on that account, which is why the PaymentElement has no options to show so renders empty. They have everything turned off including cards

Hey @young lintel, I checked the account and it seems they have payment method enabled. Did you check configuration in production mode?

by "enabled" I mean the combination of what you see in your platform when you search "Connect payment methods" in your Dashboard and look at the related settings page, and what the account has enabled in their version of settings. It's a bit complicate, see https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dynamic-payment-methods Note there's a difference between having the payment method active/available/onboarded, and having it "turned on" for appearing in payments

hmm. I'm handing off to someone else on my team for the next shift but all I can really is that the configuration that's seemingly being used (pmc_1Q8fcRD2MQW3xMnGyR0JAsjx (maybe that can be searched in the connected account's dashboard)) has all payment methods turned off

Does the connected account not see any options for multiple payment method configs?

Are you actually logged in to that account in this case, or using the "view as" function via the platform account?
