but in my case I've multiple connect account and even I don't know how many will be there in future.
so I have to create a different webhook for each connect account right?
could you suggest me the best way to do that? should I create with a code? or manually from the dashboard?

No, just one connect webhook endpoint will do. I'd recommend you to go through the doc that I shared
