Something like upwork's escrow so when an employer hires an employee the employer must pay in advance and i wanna hold these funds (with the option to cancel the job with a refund) until job is completed then release the funds
say i use direct payments and handle payouts later down the line and i hold all the funds in my account, can i refund payments without losing fees?
