hi there! no, this is not something we have right now, you can only see the restrictions in the Dashboard of the account who created it
you might consider creating a Stripe App instead of just a "copy/paste API ley" integration, which among other things allows for a restricted API key to be created automatically with permissions you explicitly ask for instead of relying on the user to create it properly
