What's the best way to reach them? I kinda hit the AI bot over there.
For reference, the amount is equivalent to 15 USD, so the fees should hopefully not be 100%, haha.

Looks like I found the culprit on my own. The customer made the payment via PayPal, and my Stripe account is connected to PayPal as well. The payment seems to have gone right through: my PayPal balance increased by the expected amount (~12 EUR), and the Stripe balance is 0 EUR. (Minus the fees of 0.13 EUR.)
