Sure, the hosted onboarding UI will collect all requirements from the user relative to their account configuration. There may be some instances where some of the info provided isn't suffieicnet, and you'd be expected to listen to account.updated events to be notified when that is the case: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/api-onboarding#review-status
