hi! there aren't really any logs you can access directly from us but you can instrument your code and see what you did, what SDK functions you called, what they returned and if there were any exceptions thrown.

then I'd suggest opening a support ticket with the full details like the model of the reader in question, the serial number, any logs from your code, and exact timestamp from when there was an issue
