AFAIK it's because you haven't activated Bank Transfers on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods?config_id=pmc_1MQpTfClnEzULH8aRayrxSni (at the bottom of the page)

ok but on my test setup its also turned off and it works..

bank transfers would otherwise show up on the elements page as payment method i assume

in test mode AFAIK we treat everything as active, might just be a quirk

not really. Does it work if you turn transfers on in livemode and try again?

I can't see what else it could possibly be except not having that turned on so that's most likely the fix
