No I don't believe either of those customizations are possible right now.

Yeah right now only radio is supported: https://docs.stripe.com/js/elements_object/create_payment_element#payment_element_create-options-layout-radios

And there is no ability to move the side here.

So yeah, I'll put in a feature request but unfortunately just not possible right now.
