Hmm when you click Test institution is there not an option to enter manually?
Hrmm
odd right
So for info, it does give this option in a checkout session, but not in the billing portal
Yeah
I'm not seeing anything noted internally about this changing.
I can file a ticket internally to get more details -- it is possible there were some fraud concerns or something as that can happen with these microdeposits though I'd be a bit surprised.
so it tells the user microdeposits are required, and redirects back to my site, but no webhooks are fired for the setup intent to show status requires_action, only event is evt_1QFyTnJ7FBqLiwgY2b4qA8ip
Any idea why that might be?
One sec, let me look for another moment
Thank you
Asking my colleagues to see if anyone else has context. I'll get back to you in a few
You mean it started showing?
the webhook came through
with requires action, and the url I was expecting
so I think we're all good on the latest one. The billing portal and ability to enter manual details remains, but I can get around that with checkout session for now. Would be worth raising to the team though. Thanks
Gotcha, yep I'll raise it internally.
Thanks, have a great day
You too!
