As far as I know there isn't an openapi spec available for V2 yet. However, I'd recommend sending an email to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login so that we can both track this down with certainty but also I do assume we are going to develop this in the future so that could be a medium for you to be able to stay updated.
But yeah, unfortunately I don't know anything more about this myself right now.
